Carpet Cleaning
Dirty carpets and furniture can make a formerly pleasant space feel gross. Sunny Carpet and Duct Cleaning on Vancouver Island offers 100% satisfaction guaranteed service when it comes to getting your carpet, rugs and upholstery as clean as possible. We will quote you a price during your estimate and we will stick to that price—there are no hidden fees, no bait-and-switch charges that we add later. Just good, clean fun—well for us at least! With over 10 years of service each, you can trust our technicians to do a fantastic job.
We offer sanitizing and Scotchgard options, to help your cleaning last longer and keep it safe from spills and dirt. Additionally, we do carpet stretching and repairs for issues like cigarette burns. Also, we never keep you waiting. If we don’t answer on first pickup, you can leave a message and we will get back to you within 1 hour. When our service techs come to your home, you have only an hour service window to wait for them. Your time is just as valuable as ours.
Environmentally Friendly & Efficient
Our team uses environmentally friendly, bio-degradable products to get your carpet as clean as new, while ensuring we are not being detrimental to the environment. With the use of truck mounts or portable units, our technicians perform a deep cleaning of your carpet by injecting a pressurized and heated cleaning solution which immediately extracts the deeply embedded dirt and soil stains from carpets.
After the Flood
Has your home suffered from flood or environmental damage? Sunny Carpet and Air Duct Cleaning also does flood and restoration work 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The sooner we can get in to your home or office to start repairing, the better the chance of a full restoration.
Upholstery Cleaning
Upholstered furniture in your home often goes neglected for long periods of time because soils usually accumulate unnoticeably, over time. Dust should be removed through consistently vacuuming, recommended at least weekly. Greasy soils, however, through daily use and from pet oils must be dealt with properly. If allowed to accumulate, they can, over time, degrade the fibres and mute the colour. Regular professional cleaning can often restore them to a near “just purchased” look.
When you contact our office for an estimate, we will inquire as to the specific content of the material. If manufactured in Canada, the label will clearly note the fibre content and is usually found under the centre cushion. If not, a general rule to identify the fibre type is to describe the feel of the fabric as either course, which tends to be synthetic, or soft, and more natural, like cotton, wool or linen.
Pricing is dictated by the fibre content, natural fibres being priced slightly more because of the degree of difficulty and moisture sensitivity. Precautions are taken to minimize potential shrinkage. Loose back cushions or accent pillows are extra. Teflon or solvent soil guard protection for moisture sensitive fabrics is highly recommended. Cotton velvet and a few other specialty fabrics are priced accordingly.
